Brackley Food Festival -Sunday 29th April 2018

Since 2008 The Brackley Festival of Food has become popular with in our Market Town.
A range of food traders, preserves, hot food, local meat, local Chocolate. Honey, cheeses, fudge to name a few.A community event involving the local schools and guide groups.


Brackley Soap Box Derby – Sunday 3rd June 2018

Normally held at the beginning of June, this event normally sees over 30 ‘exotic’ soapboxes race down a straight course descending the hill on Brackley High Street to an exciting finish!


Chicken Run – Sunday 17th June 2018

This will be the 9th year of this ever successful event. It is a 10km course starting at the park on the High Street in the centre of Brackley. There will be a rolling road closure at the start of the run. The course is of a mixed terrain following a route out of Brackley, through the village of Turweston and around the airfield then finishing back at the park. The course is mostly on tarmac although there are short sections of compacted ground & gravel. Starts at 10.15am



Brackley Community Carnival – Saturday 9th June 2018

Normally taking place the second Saturday in June, the carnival is a great family event starting with a themed procession into town, followed by a whole afternoon of entertainment including dance shows, rides, stalls, music, magic and much more.


Folk in the Park  – Sunday 24th June 2018

Organised by Brackley Folk Club, this is normally held in June in Brackley Park.


Brackley Beer Festival – Saturday 21st July 2018

Organised by Brackley Round Table and usually taking place towards the end of July in the park on the High Street, this is a fantastic family friendly event. With over 60 real ales, Pimms, wine and plenty of other beers, great music and entertainment its definitely an event not to miss.


Brackley  Festival of Motorcycling  – Sunday 12th August 2018

Normally held in August, the Brackley  Festival of Motorcycling has grown, year on year to be the largest event of its type in the UK achieving national status. ​The event runs on a “not for profit” basis, by a dedicated team of volunteers.  All proceeds net of running costs go to Charity.  Yearly our main charity is the Warks and Northants Air Ambulance and each year we add one or two local charities to benefit Brackley.


Sausage & Cider Festival – Saturday 18th August 2018

Usually held in August, the Sausage & Cider Festival has Live music, 30+ real ciders, and great sausages. The festival takes place at Brackley RFC, Fine Lady Fields, Nightingale Close, Brackley, NN13 6PN.



Brackley Wine Festival – Unfortunately it will not be happening this year.

Normally held in April, The Brackley Wine festival is an opportunity for wine lovers to taste and buy wine from merchants who stock a huge range of special wines from around the world. Stalls normally include members of the Association of Small Direct Wine Merchants and other independent merchants.
